Joe Dever's Lone Wolf App Reviews

I finally just deleted this game out of frustration. Updating to v 4.2 was required to proceed to act 4, however the app would never complete the update, it would hang at what appeared to be 100% indefinitely. Ok... Sometimes developers screw up, so I went into the game and tried to upload my saves to the cloud. "Saved to cloud!" it announced. Except, it wasnt actually doing one critical piece, saving. Screw these guys. Dont waste your time.

Was pretty fun for a while... Fights for kind of repetitive until an impossible one where a Drakkar stuns me before I can act and then they all just kill me before I can do anything.

Ok so this game runs smoothly on my iPod and the combat to me is amazing I love this game so much thank you Mr.Joe Deaver!

I have enjoyed the lone wolf character and books since I was young. I was very excited to find this app! Solid game, good gameplay, good story. $4.99 per chapter? Plenty of similar caliber apps for free. I was finished with the first chapter in two hours.

As fun as the game is, I cant get over how well this written.

As a long time fan of the books, I was at first surprised to see this available. And then, after playing this game, I find myself immensely thrilled to find that the original author, creator of my beloved book series has helped bring this story to life in beautiful, vivid format on iOS in a way I had never imagined possible! So often, a brand name is used to launch a new product and then deviates horribly from its original creation-that is most certainly NOT the case here. The app developer and author have created no less than a masterpiece: true to its origins in the book form for long time series fans to continue to enjoy, and new material to welcome in those who never had the pleasure of experiencing the story of Lone Wolf before this. After only a few minutes in, I recognized items from the original stories, and it was a simple, yet engaging system to get me underway in this new story. The control for the new combat scenes, blended in with the storytelling so smoothly that I really feel like I am reading new chapters from my original books. I cannot say "Thank You" enough for bringing this part of my youth back in this stunning format. I would love (and hope) to see more!

Easily the best mobile game Ive ever played.

This game is really fun, I wouldnt change a thing about it. The combat is responsive, the story is great, and the abilities are fun to use.

A whole Gigabyte for a freaking BOOK!! What the F*** I this is not about action this game is about a book !!!!

game has no music after the latest iOS 9.3 update. doesnt seem like devs have any intentions to fix whats the point of supporting companies like these?

Ive never read the original books. I was just looking for a fun, interesting and action packed game. I decided to download the first act to try it out because it was free and couldnt help but buy the rest of the acts so I could continue the story. I would have to say this game is pretty awesome.

I absolutely hate writing reviews. I hate when apps constantly ask you to write one. This app didnt ask me to write one, but I have to. This is hands down the best app I have found. I feel like Ive tried every single one, and Ive finally found the perfect game. I highly suggest playing it.

I cannot say anything that hasnt already been said in so many of the previous reviews. If you were a fan of the classic Lone Wolf series, then this is the app for you. If you have never read (played) any of the classic Lone Wolf series, then this is also the app for you! Excellent story, engaging game-play, and thrilling battle sequences make this app well worth the price!

I deleted everyone of my games AND it still says I cant download it cause of storage and I have a IPhone 5!!!!

This game rocks. I usually play a game for a while then delete it for something new this is the longest one Ive had. And I generally prefer not to pay for any type of game but this was definitely worth it to me.
