I was one who bought the app and pre-purchased the remaining chapters.
It would have been nice to know that they would come out with a single app - which is, in my opinion, better than ‘refreshing purchases’ with i.a.p.
Also, not long after purchase, they practically gave the first chapter away… way to support early adapters.
